Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Thomas K. Nottingham is a board certified chiropractor and one of the senior partners of Circle City Chiropractic. After playing football and attending Indiana Central University he graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1982 and has been in private practice since. Dr. Nottingham moved to Indianapolis in 1997 where he formed a partnership with Dr. James Rasp. Through the course of his career, Dr. Nottingham has treated many professional, college and amatuer athletes with chiropractic care and the proper use of nutritionals for optimal performance. He has been trained in nutraceutical and anti-aging nutrition, exercise rehabilitation, sports injuries and wellness chiropractic.
Dr. James L. Rasp earned his Doctorate degree in Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1991. He has practiced in Indianapolis as the partner of Dr. Thomas Nottingham since 1997 at Circle City Chiropractic. His post-graduate education encompassed the sub-specialties of sports and automobile injury care with an emphasis on diagnosis, corrective treatment, and impairment rating. Dr. Rasp has completed over 1000 continuing education credit hours of post-graduate symposia related to diagnosis and treatment protocol involving the entire musculoskeletal system. Dr. Rasp recognizes the complexity of the neuromuscular component in disorders involving pain. Consequently, his treatment philosophy has evolved into a successful, conservative, multi-disciplinary team approach, utilizing a wide array of specialty providers, from the neurologist, rheumatologist, primary care physicians, anesthesiologist, orthodontist, physical therapist, to the orthopedic surgeon.
Dr. Tracy L. Bailey is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. While at Palmer, she was chosen to participate in the Clinic Abroad Program in Casablanca, Morocco where she helped establish a chiropractic clinic for the local people and treated patients of all ages. Clinically, Dr. Bailey is trained in various chiropractic techniques including Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, Graston soft tissue, and Flexion-Distraction. She practices family chiropractic, with a clinical interest in pregnancy and pediatrics as well as althletic injuries.
A native of southern Indiana, Dr. Bailey received her bachelor's degree in Biology from IUPUI, where she was also a member of the women's volleyball team. As a collegiate athlete she has both witnessed and had personal experience with multiple injuries and has seen the benefits of chiropractic care. In her career, chiropractic care has always been the principle player in recovering from and preventing subsequent injuries. Dr. Bailey also enjoys basketball, softball, running, biking, and attending local sporting events.
